This book is the scond volume of a publication known as the BLACK BOOK, from the black record of German barbarism, based on documents, which it contains.
The first volume deals with The German Invasion of Poland, i.e. the events of September 1939.

The second volume deals with The German New Order in Poland, from September 1939 to the end of June 1941, i.e., the period during which Germany occupied the Western part of Poland and the Soviets occupied the Eastern part, which now, since the outbreak of the German-Soviet war on June 22nd, 1941, is also occupied by Germany.
